Collaboration and Impact
Phase Two: High School Master Planning and Additions
The second phase expanded the focus to the high school campus and was delivered using a Construction Manager at Risk model with Larson Construction. This phase included master planning and the construction of new and renovated spaces designed to support academics, athletics, and community use.
Improvements include a new competition gym, renovated science labs, an art classroom, locker rooms, an events lobby, expanded parking, and site and field enhancements. The master plan also outlines future phases for an auditorium, career and technical education renovations, and a culinary arts addition. This phase is currently under construction and is funded through $13.7 million in SAVE dollars.
Phase Three: Bond Funded Improvements
The third phase is supported by a $17 million bond issue to implement additional projects identified through the master planning process. Together, the phased approach allows the district to align improvements with funding opportunities while maintaining continuity in design and construction.
