Nick has worked on numerous projects across Iowa, with an emphasis in Northeast Iowa. He is passionate about truly understanding the rich history of each building and the unique environment in which it exists. He will listen to each stakeholder to successfully transform your spaces into the intuitive environment you envision. Nick’s ability to blend beautiful, historic elements of each building with modern, collaborative environments to capture the needs of all users is truly unique.

Nick’s knowledge of construction practices grew from hands-on experience to construction document development and project management. He now coordinates all design efforts for projects including planning, creative design, engineer cooperation, specifications and construction review. Nick’s ability to effectively lead facility evaluations, creative client experience solutions and community integration continues to positively affect the physical environments across Iowa. Focused on the individual values of the client and the community members it serves, Nick is dedicated to creating a memorable experience for each client.
