About Jaymi

Jaymi believes that every project, no matter the size, works through a specific process from start to finish with the same great attention to detail that Emergent is known for and proud of. Her expertise includes financial management and project administration and coordination. From initial set-up and budgeting to the construction contract administration and documentation, Jaymi is part of every Emergent project. She works diligently with each client to ensure all contracts are properly modified to meet the requirements of each project and all parties involved. To ensure compliance with Iowa competitive bidding laws and procedures, she works directly with the client to prepare and properly post required public notices. Jaymi’s approach to document management makes it easy and effortless for Owners and Contractors throughout the construction process. She facilitations all documentation and will ensure clients have all aspects properly documented at the close of the project.
