As Project Manager, Ted is involved in all Emergent projects to ensure uniformity and design consistency is achieved. Ted believes compliance is at the top of the priority list. He has a thorough understanding of State and Federal code regulations and ensures every project is code compliant. With a deep understanding of material costs, performance, and maintenance, Ted delivers idealistic solutions as he prepares the project’s specifications. During construction, Ted works effectively with contractors to answer questions that arise and provides adequate, timely solutions. Ted will assure construction proceeds according to the design and specifications with the Owner’s best interests in mind.
